ASPCA & Supporting Our Shelters Act

In COMM 471 (Public Relations Methods), I was tasked to select a non-profit organization and a piece of legislation the organization would be in support of. My partner and I selected the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) and bill H.R. 5897, Supporting Our Shelters Act. We complied a media plan and media kit to rollout a combined campaign to announce the ASPCA's support of the legislation. We conducted thorough research on the organization, the bill, and our audience to best understand how to appropriately represent the ASPCA in this media plan.
